Team | Michael Vergara

Michael joined Centana in 2025 and is an Associate based in our New York office. Prior to Centana, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at AGC Partners where he advised software and technology companies on a range of transactions including equity raises and mergers & acquisitions. Michael graduated from Vanderbilt University where he received his BA degree in Economics. In his free time, you can find him playing tennis, surfing, and practicing his cooking skills. Michael is originally from Southern California.
